Membership Policies & Terms

Month-to-Month Membership: This is a month-to-month membership. There are no long-term contracts or commitments.
Payment: Membership fees are due monthly and will be automatically drafted from your designated payment method on the same calendar day each month as your initial sign-up date.
Cancellation: To cancel your membership, you must submit a request via email to info@grizzyyyfit.com. Please note that to guarantee your cancellation is processed before your next billing date, we require a 14-day advance notice.
Non-Refund Policy: All membership purchases are final. Once a membership is purchased, it is non-refundable. This policy applies to all membership types and packages. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge and agree to this non-refund policy.
Membership Scope: This membership grants you access to the Gym's facilities and services as defined by your specific purchased plan.

To ensure a positive experience for all, every member is expected to follow these rules.

Members must conduct themselves in a respectful and courteous manner towards other members and Gym staff.
"Horseplay," loud or disruptive behavior, or any actions that may endanger or disrupt other members are strictly prohibited.
Members are expected to abide by all posted signs and follow all instructions from Gym staff.

You are responsible for helping maintain a clean and organized environment.
All equipment (dumbbells, plates, bands, etc.) must be returned to its designated place after use.
Please wipe down all equipment and clean any areas you use after your workout, using the provided cleaning supplies.
Report any equipment malfunction or damage to Gym staff immediately.

You are responsible for your own safety and well-being while using the Gym's facilities and equipment.
Be aware of your surroundings and the other members around you.
We encourage you to consult with Gym staff for guidance on proper equipment usage and exercise techniques.

Your personal information (name, email, phone number) is collected for internal Gym management purposes only.
Your information will not be sold or shared with any third parties outside of Grizzyyy Fitness management, unless required by law.
Grizzyyy Fitness does not have access to your full credit/debit card information. That data is processed and secured by our third-party payment processor
