Group Training
Group exercise is when you train with others for fitness or as a form of physical recreation for fun. Grizzyyy Fitness offers weekly workouts with a range of training styles, such as: cardio, strength, functional, and plyometric.

1 on 1 Training
With one-on-one personal training your personal trainer will create fun and varied sessions based on your individual needs. They will manage you and your program, monitor your techniques and progress and motivate you to give 100% in every workout. As a client you will receive guidance on weight loss/weight gain using your calorie intake number, bi-weekly check-ins, body measurements, Grizzyyy Fit grocery list, meal guide, etc.

Online Training
A form of instruction that takes place completely on the internet. It involves a variety of multimedia elements, including audio, video, and web-links, which all can be accessed through one's internet browser. Grizzyyy Fitness offers self guided monthly programs with a range of training styles, such as: cardio, strength, functional, and plyometric. As a client you will receive guidance on weight loss/weight gain using your calorie intake number, bi-weekly check-ins, Grizzyyy Fit grocery list, meal guide, etc.

Athletic Training
Sport training is a process of preparation for a sport performance, put simply. Grizzyyy Fitness will focus on conditioning training (strength training, endurance training, flexibility training). As a member of the team, you will be part of a private accountability group chat, receiving guidance on weight loss/weight gain using your calorie intake number.
